I know this is an issue that's been going on for days, but an asymmetrical game called: Doom by Fate, had a large number of flashing lights that could affect people with epilepsy, and it literally ended up killing one ( for what I know). The game seems that There was no warning about that, and the features that were supposed to prevent it weren't working properly.
The game developers' reaction to this is simply outrageous, and the worst part is that they seem to be trying to downplay it.
