Something weird in my Minecraft world

Ok in case you want to know something else about me it's that I don't know why but I'm fascinated by scary and weird things, that's why I watch creepypasta, and I play Minecraft, I also watch Minecraft creepypasta of course I don't believe in any of the stories in it that it's real, but somehow a few days ago when I started playing Minecraft again I created a world, after a bunker and I made a mine, I stopped somewhere at y-20 and after that I left, then I went to level y35 and I made tunnels, well after I started going back to those lower levels and at around y15-10 and down ALL the torches I put were completely gone when I came back, I'm not even trying to scare you or joke they completely disappeared and there was a big darkness, look this also happened in a certain creepypasta that I saw and if it was real this could be just the first sign.. but the only rational explanation is some glitch that makes your torches disappear (I've never actually seen or heard of a bug that makes your things disappear completely) I still think it's a glitch because no way is my world 'haunted' but I'll say it's pretty weird that it happened to me.. or..

might just be a bug with the saving of your world, other then that it’s pretty weird sounding

ok, I might sound stupid but I was really scared then, although I know that if a creepypasta like that was real then wouldn't this happen to a lot more players and Minecraft would be known for it??

might just be a bug with the saving of your world, other then that it’s pretty weird sounding

Maybe it was just a bug working on torches because that tunnel was still intact..

I was playing another version which is basically free bedrock edition and on phone .
However I never experienced a bug like this before and I played this version for like a few years ,but... I've had some minor saving bugs before,so..

Be careful, it's more scary if the entity there could be in love in you rather than trying to kill you !!!!!!
