Roblox had now finally specified what “highly-engaged” players are! But it isn’t based on playtime or actual engagement on the platform or game, instead, a “highly-engaged” player is somebody has made a purchase on Roblox in two months. Remember guys! This is all totally for the “SAFETY” of all Roblox users, and not driven by Roblox’s greed, trust!1!! Oh and R15 exclusive games will be paid a VERY slight amount more than non-R15 exclusive games in an upcoming update. But I heavily doubt the majority devs will switch their games to R15 only though for like a couple cents more.
Back to the highly-engaged nonsense though, they also announced they would POSSIBLY change it a bit before Roblox Kids releases. But I heavily doubt they would change much about it anyways.

At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if they made something like avatar editing inaccessible, and making it only accessible behind an age check! Or even hide people’s usernames, AND maybe their entire profile altogether for others if they haven’t done the age check!
Like I swear at this point they’re gonna do something LIKE THIS one day! THEY’RE GONNA MAKE ANOTHER AGE CHECK RESTRICTION UPDATE OR WHATEVER THAT RELATES TO YOUR ROBLOX AVATAR OR PROFILE IN SOMEWAY, ONE DAY! ONE DAY THEY WILL! MARK MY WORDS!!1!1!11 O_O

I already thought that Roblox would one day make the platform completely inaccessible if you don't do an age check.

unfortunately i can see avatar editing being age restricted with how terrible their ugc catalog moderation is
