I’ve seen similar suggestions, but could this be a better one?

I’ve seen some suggestions in the past asking for “unhelpful marks” or replying, and it’s pretty clear why these are bad ideas. They might just be used to censor any criticism, or just be used to harass the reviewer. However, there is a bit of a problem with people spreading misinformation or outdated reviews that don’t include important information, such as them bringing up allegations that were debunked. While these suggestions would only add more problems to BD than it would solve, could this suggestion I’m making be a better solution?
My suggestion is to add something similar to twitter community notes. My idea would be to have people propose them, and have a moderator fact check it, and decide whether it’s helping stop misinformation and should be approved, or just trying to harass the reviewer, in which case it should be rejected. This isn’t a perfect idea, and if it was put in, it would need some ironing out, but I feel it could stop bad reviews with outdated or just outright false information from spreading misinformation, with a recent case being Doom by Fate, where most of the top reviews say that the devs handled it like that, when in reality it was a wiki staff member who was fired after the drama broke out.
However, it might not be a good idea if the players decide to abuse it, or simply reporting them and having them being taken down might just be a better option. What are your thoughts on this?
